DELIVERY INFORMATION
DELIVERY SAFETY
Please be advised that our goods have to be sent on a special courier and are packed in an approved UN carton.
We subsidise the cost of sending these goods. Mainland UK delivery only- Order before 12 noon for following delivery times.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Standard Delivery - All deliveries are free of charge.
Overnight Delivery - Order before noon on a working day and get delivery the following working day
Saturday Delivery : £10
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Sparklers and associated products have to be sent under contract and the goods must be packaged in authorised UN cartons. We believe that our company and our wholesale customers are the only companies who send out these products legally. Deliveries must be signed for by a competent adult and if no one is in to take the goods after three attempts a redelivery charge will have to be administered and we reserve the right to charge this without notice, for this reason it is always beneficial to deliver to a work address. Please advise us if you require delivery on a certain day otherwise the goods will be picked, packed and sent at our earliest opportunity.
CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES
Claims for shortages must be made in writing within three days of receipt of your order by post or email at sales@sparklers.co.uk detailing what is missing and your consignment number. We can then contact the couriers for the location of the missing item. In the event the item cannot be found we will either send a replacement or arrange a credit.
DAMAGED GOODS
In the event of our products being delivered to you damaged please take photographs, and please notify us immediately on 0121 285 5223 or via email at sales@sparklers.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement and collection of the damaged goods or a refund.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
All products conform to the European Standard EN15947 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.
Payment is required with confirmation of your order. We do not offer a sale or return facility.
Purchasers must be sixteen years of age or over.
